Effective Date: March 17, 2026. These terms govern the professional relationship and system access between Pan Asia Intelligence and our corporate partners.
01/ Engagement and Acceptance
By accessing PanAsiaIntelligence.digital and utilizing our professional intelligence systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—either as an individual or on behalf of a corporate entity—and Pan Asia Intelligence regarding your access to and use of our market analytics platform.
We operate strictly within the business-to-business (B2B) sector. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason.
02/ Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
03/ Usage Limits and Prohibited Acts
Automated Extraction
Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory is strictly forbidden.
Security Integrity
Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content.
Users may not engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, or attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user. Use of the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise is prohibited without a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
04/ Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
While our analytics aim for the highest degree of precision, market conditions are subject to rapid change. Pan Asia Intelligence does not warrant that the site or its contents will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.
05/ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You and Pan Asia Intelligence agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
